By using Live Treasure Network ("LTN"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of ServiceLTN provides facilitation services for the presentation and sale of personal property through live auctions and third-party platforms. LTN is not a direct buyer or seller of goods.
2. No Guarantee of Sale or ValueLTN does not guarantee:- Sale of any item- Final sale price- Market demand or buyer interest
3. Third-Party PlatformsSales may occur through platforms such as eBay or Whatnot.LTN is not responsible for:- Platform outages- Bidder behavior- Payment processing delays
4. Payment & FeesLTN may receive a commission for services provided.All fees will be disclosed separately in agreement with the client.
5. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:LTN shall not be liable for:- Loss of value- Unsold items- Buyer disputes- Indirect or consequential damages
6. Property ConditionClients are responsible for:- Accuracy of item descriptions- Ownership rights- Legal ability to sell items
7. Access to PropertyClient grants LTN permission to access the property for evaluation, presentation, and sales activities.
8. IndemnificationClient agrees to hold LTN harmless from claims arising from:- Property conditions- Animals (including dog bites)- Unsafe environments
9. ChangesLTN may update these terms at any time.
