Seller Agreement

This Agreement is between Live Treasure Network ("LTN") and the Client ("Seller").
1. Scope of ServicesLTN agrees to:- Evaluate and organize selected items- Present items through live auctions- Facilitate sales via third-party platforms
2. OwnershipSeller confirms all items:- Are legally owned- Can be sold without restriction
3. No GuaranteeSeller understands:- No guaranteed sale price- No guarantee of sale
4. CommissionLTN will receive a commission as agreed separately.
5. Property ConditionsSeller is responsible for:- Safe environment- Securing pets- Informing LTN of hazards
6. LiabilityLTN is not responsible for:- Accidental damage unless caused by gross negligence- Market pricing outcomes- Buyer-related disputes
7. Risk of LossRisk of loss transfers to buyer upon sale unless otherwise agreed.
8. AccessSeller grants LTN permission to enter property for service execution.
9. IndemnificationSeller agrees to indemnify LTN from claims including:- Dog bites- Injuries on property- Unsafe conditions
10. CancellationEither party may terminate with reasonable notice.
