Privacy Policy 'Live Treasure Network'
Effective Date: Feb. 22. 2026This Privacy Policy describes how Live Treasure Network (“LTN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website, communications, and services, including in-home consultations, inventorying, photography/videography, live selling, marketplace listing, fulfillment, and related operations (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy applies to information we collect from (i) website visitors, (ii) prospective clients, (iii) clients and authorized representatives (including trustees/executors), and (iv) other individuals interacting with us through the Services.
1) Scope and Definitions“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked (directly or indirectly) with a particular consumer or household, as defined under applicable law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (“CCPA/CPRA”)).
“Content” includes photographs, videos, audio recordings, livestream footage, screenshots, listing images, written descriptions, and other media captured or produced in connection with the Services.

2) Information We CollectA. Information You Provide Directly
We may collect Personal Information you submit or provide to us, including:Identifiers and contact information (name, mailing address, email, phone number).Authority/role information (e.g., trustee/executor/agent status, relationship to property).Property and scheduling details (general location, access instructions, appointment details).Communications (emails, texts, call notes, inquiries, complaints, and customer support interactions).Payment and settlement details (as needed to remit proceeds or commission payments, such as payout preferences and transaction records).Note: We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own systems if processed by a third-party payment processor.
B. Information We Collect During In-Home ServicesBecause our Services may occur at your home or another private property, we may collect:Item-level data used for inventory and sale (photos, videos, descriptions, condition notes, measurements, serial numbers, maker marks, provenance details you voluntarily share).Location indicators embedded in media (e.g., metadata such as timestamps and, if enabled on a device, approximate geolocation).Operational documentation (inventory lists, room-based staging notes, packaging records, pickup/drop-off confirmations).
C. Content That May Incidentally Include Personal InformationWhile our intent is to capture items (not private living details), certain Content may incidentally include:Parts of rooms or interiors (walls, furniture, shelves, or background areas).Personal items not intended for sale if they are in the background.Individuals (faces, voices) if present during filming or livestream operations.We take reasonable steps to minimize this and, when feasible, will avoid or obscure sensitive household details (see Section 6).
D. Website and Device Data (Online Collection)When you visit our website, we may collect:Internet/Network activity (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrals, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP).Cookie and analytics data (see Section 10).
3) How We Use InformationWe use Personal Information and Content for legitimate business purposes, including to:Provide, operate, and improve the Services (consultation, inventory, listing, livestreaming, fulfillment, settlement).Communicate with you regarding scheduling, approvals, updates, sales results, and settlement reporting.Create listings and marketing materials for the purpose of selling items (including photographs/video of items).Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, recordkeeping, responding to lawful requests).Prevent fraud, maintain security, and protect our rights and the rights of clients and buyers.Enforce agreements and resolve disputes.We do not use your Personal Information for unrelated purposes without notice and, where required, consent.

Selling Platforms and MarketplacesIf items are sold through third-party platforms (e.g., live selling platforms, marketplaces, shipping integrations), we may share item Content and listing details, and as required, certain transaction data. Consent and AuthorizationBy engaging our Services and authorizing in-home work, you acknowledge and consent that:Our team may capture Content of items designated for sale; andContent may be used and displayed publicly solely to facilitate sale of those items (e.g., livestream, listing images, replays/archives, promotional clips related to the sale).If you are not the property owner, you represent that you have authority (or have obtained authority) to permit LTN’s entry and recording at the premises for these purposes.
C. Minimization of Household DetailsWe aim to avoid capturing:Family photographs, mail, documents, medical information, account numbers, or other sensitive household detailsAreas not relevant to item presentationWhen feasible, we will frame shots tightly on items, remove or cover sensitive materials, and avoid filming private rooms.D. Individuals, Faces, Voices, and MinorsWe do not require individuals to appear on camera. If individuals are present:We may request they remain out of frame during filming/livestreaming.If a minor is present, we strongly recommend minors remain off-camera and out of audio capture.We reserve the right to pause or adjust recording if privacy risks arise.E. Client Requests to Restrict RecordingIf you request restrictions (e.g., “no filming in certain rooms,” “no faces,” “no exterior shots,” “no identifiable features”), we will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate, but some restrictions may limit our ability to present items effectively and may affect outcomes.
6) Sensitive Personal Information and SecurityA. Sensitive InformationWe do not intentionally collect “Sensitive Personal Information” (as defined by CCPA/CPRA) except where necessary for operational or legal purposes. We request that you do not share sensitive data (e.g., Social Security numbers, medical details) unless specifically required for a legitimate purpose.B. Security MeasuresWe use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.7) Data RetentionWe retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:Provide Services and complete sales and settlementMaintain business records for accounting, tax, legal compliance, and dispute resolutionEnforce agreements and protect legal rightsRetention periods vary based on the type of information and legal requirements. Client Responsibilities: To reduce privacy risks during in-home services, the client agrees to remove or secure sensitive documents and personal information (mail, IDs, financial statements, medical records) from areas where items are staged, photographed, or filmed. Client may identify “no-record” zones prior to filming.
